Program Terms & Conditions
1. Program Discretion & Eligibility: The Markyy Strategic Partnership Program is an exclusive, application-based opportunity offered at the sole discretion of the Markyy Board. Markyy reserves the absolute right to determine the eligibility of any individual or business for partnership. All candidates undergo a mandatory vetting process. Continued partnership is contingent upon adherence to these terms and meeting performance benchmarks.
2. Partner Conduct & Obligations: Partners are expected to conduct their business with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity. This includes, but is not limited to, maintaining expert-level knowledge of the Markyy platform, representing our brand accurately, and providing truthful information to prospective clients. Misconduct, including the misuse of company data, misrepresentation to acquire customers, making false promises, or any action that harms the Markyy brand, is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.
3. Consequences of Misconduct: Any breach of the conduct obligations may lead to immediate review and disciplinary action, up to and including the temporary suspension or permanent termination of the partnership agreement and forfeiture of any pending commissions, at Markyy's sole discretion.
4. Commission Structure: Compensation is based on a multi-tier structure where a "Tier" represents the referral depth within a partner's network. Your direct client acquisitions are Tier 1. Client acquisitions by your Tier 1 partners are your Tier 2, and so on, for a total of 7 tiers.
5. Accelerated & Lifetime Commissions: For the initial 12 months of a new client's subscription, partners earn an "Accelerated" double-rate commission. Following this period, partners earn the "Standard" lifetime commission for the duration of the client's active subscription, ensuring a long-term revenue asset.
6. Compensation & Payouts: Commissions are calculated monthly and processed on the 15th of the subsequent month. Payouts are administered via approved third-party payment processors. Partners are solely responsible for maintaining accurate payment information. Markyy is not liable for payment delays or failures due to incorrect partner-provided data.
7. Intellectual Property: Partners are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Markyy's trademarks and marketing materials as provided in the official partner portal, solely for the purpose of promoting Markyy services. Unauthorized modification or use of intellectual property is strictly forbidden.
8. Confidentiality: Partners may be exposed to confidential information related to Markyy's business operations, technology, and future plans. Partners agree to maintain the confidentiality of this information and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent from Markyy.
9. Program Continuity: Markyy reserves the right to cease new enrollments into the Strategic Partnership Program at any time. Should new enrollments be discontinued, all active partners in good standing will continue to earn commissions from their existing client base as per the terms of this agreement for the lifetime of those clients' subscriptions.
10. Modification of Terms: Markyy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Partners will be notified of any significant changes. Continued participation in the program after such notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
